Plan C — Built before the day
Now accepting a limited number of families for the fall cohort
Plan C
AI catastrophe readiness · Members only

Top Research Labs put the odds of the world ending from an AI catastrophe at 10 to 25 percent.
What is your family going to do about it?

The day it starts, your phone buzzes before the news does. If it calls for it, a helicopter lifts your family from a location of your choice to a place designated safe, while the freeway below is a parking lot full of people who found out from their feed.

One hour. We map exactly how exposed your family is and tell you what needs doing.
Where your family stands

Which of these three is your family on?

Plan A

The world stays fine.

AI goes well and none of this is needed. Most families are on it by default, and on the day it fails they find out in a parking lot.

Plan B

You handle it on the day.

Money buys a seat, a place, a phone that picks up. On the day, none of it is for sale: the pilots are flying their own families, the sellers are gone, and the phone rings out. There comes a point where money won't help you. You could have $100M in the bank and the answer is still no, because it is not the same world anymore.

Plan C

Built before the day.

The alert that reaches you first, the plan your family already drilled, the way out already arranged. Solve it once, properly, with people who have done it many times, and then never think about it again.

The solution

What your family gets with Plan C

01

The alert

Hours before the news, one message: stay put, get moving, or leave now. By the time your neighbors read about it, you have already done it.

Verified first Sent from a room led by people at the frontier of AI, confirmed before it reaches you, with the instruction attached.
The Sunday brief Ten minutes: what changed in AI, geopolitics, grid, and bio, and the one action if any. Most weeks the action is nothing.
Your triggers The specific events that activate your family's plan, defined in advance, so the decision is made before it gets emotional.
02

The plan

Who picks up which kid, where everyone meets, what is staged in the garage, so the worst afternoon of your life runs like a drill. Built for your city, rebuilt for the event that arrives.

The audit, week one Your exposure mapped across water, power, food, medical, security, comms, egress, and documents, scored on a 100-point Readiness Index. You know your number before anything is bought.
The build, weeks five to ten We design, source and install everything through vetted vendors, then drill it with you until it is muscle memory.
The 72-hour protocol Everyone in your family knows exactly what to do in the first 72 hours: where to meet, what is staged, who drives.
Kids, parents, pets School pickups assigned, backup adults named, a reunification protocol for a scattered afternoon, an elderly-parent plan, and the dog accounted for.
The house that keeps working Backup power, water independence, food rotation, medical depth, and comms that work without phones. Installed, tested, then retested.
Money that survives Bank-freeze liquidity staged, a digital-asset access protocol, a cross-border plan with vetted advisors, and estate and custody documents that hold up in a chaotic week.
Day 91 onward Quarterly retest of your number, vendors reconfirmed, record updated, and the family drill rerun each year.
03

The way out

The event decides it. In a collapse you leave the city before the on-ramps close, in a pathogen you move to a low-exposure place with security at the gate, and when it escalates a helicopter comes to a location of your choice while the airports are shut.

The exits Air and ground evacuation arranged for your region, charter contacts on both coasts, egress routes driven and timed, fuel and border kits staged, second-passport specialists on file.
The destinations Vetted off-grid locations under contract, regional safe-location access, and a decision tree for which place in which event.
04

The room

50 vetted families and a full-time team led by people at the frontier of AI, on one channel. This is where knowing first comes from. The network is the bunker.

The vendor bench Power, water, security, and construction contractors, vetted before you meet them. The prep market runs on deposits that vanish, and you buy through the network instead.
A named lead One person accountable for every item on this page: the plan, the vendors, the follow-through, and a record you can open any time.
Discretion Unmarked vehicles, vendors under NDA, member anonymity, nothing visible from the street. Your neighbors will never know. Your family will always be ready.

You could build all of this yourself, in the hours left after your business and your kids, and a team that does nothing else would still be years ahead of you.

When the stake is your family, that is not a competition worth entering.

The call Stay and power up, then leave on day 2 if restoration stalls. Cities are a bad idea in a collapse, so the destination is the contracted location, and the route is the one you drove in March.
Hour 0 An automated grid-balancing system sheds load faster than any operator can override it, and the regional grid cascades. Your feed says nothing, your kids are in third period with their phones in a bin at the front of the class,
Hour 1 Every traffic light between you and the school is dark. The pickup assignment was made in March, so the right adult is already in the right car, and the generator is carrying the house.
Hour 6 The city figures it out. Gas stations empty, the 405 stops moving with families inside their cars, and the school parking lot turns into a fight. You knew well before the masses did, and they are panicking now. Your kids have been home for five hours.
Night 1 Phones die by midnight and the water pressure drops. Your radio works, your tanks are full, and the only generator you can hear on the street is yours.
Day 2 Restoration stalls, so your plan escalates to the route out and the location we arranged when you joined. Your family leaves while your neighbors are still arguing about whether to, and the ones who wait will make the same drive tomorrow with no fuel.
Last time Texas, February 2021. 4 million homes went dark. The official count is 246 dead, 158 of them from cold, most inside their own houses, and an independent count put it above 700.
The call Stay. This one is money, not movement. Cash and staged essentials carry the month while the channel tracks which cities are back online.
Hour 0 An AI-written exploit hits the clearing systems. Cards decline at the grocery store, the ATM line wraps the block, and the alert tells you what it is before the rumors start.
Hour 4 Payroll files bounce, pharmacies stop taking insurance, and the first fight at a gas pump is on video while the pharmacist decides who gets insulin. The cash you staged months ago is in the safe.
Day 1 Nothing to decide and nothing to explain to your kids. The plan already lists every obligation, and the ones that matter are covered for the month.
Week 1 The channel tracks which cities are back online while everyone else guesses with their savings.
The call Stay home with the door closed, then relocate to a low-exposure place if the numbers say so. Contacts and security at that place were arranged before the pathogen had a name.
Hour 0 Before it has a name, the alert flags the cluster: supplies check, travel hold, kids home. You pull them from school on a Tuesday while every other parent is still scrolling.
Day 1 The city does its three-day panic shop and the pharmacy line goes around the corner. Your family is home with the door closed and the air filtration running.
Day 10 Hospitals stop admitting, the school is a testing site, and the numbers on the channel are two weeks ahead of the numbers on TV. Your medical stockpile has prescription depth, and the pharmacy line does not.
Month 1 If relocation becomes the right call, the low-exposure location, the route, and the contacts were arranged before the pathogen had a name and before the airports closed.
The call Stay put. This one is a lie, and the alert says so before your neighbors' cars are out of the driveway.
Hour 0 A deepfaked governor's voice orders the evacuation of your county. It is on every feed inside four minutes, and it is fake. The alert confirms that before the freeway fills.
Hour 1 Three million people try to leave a city at once. The crash on the interchange is real even though the order was not, the pharmacies are stripped by lunch, and the kids in the back seats watch their parents work out that there is no plan.
Hour 8 The correction comes too late for the families stuck on the freeway out. Yours never left the house, and the channel is already tracking the next one.
Last time Lahaina, August 2023. The deadliest American wildfire in a century, 102 dead. A family of four was found in their car on the road out, and about 40 of the dead were in one neighborhood of narrow, dead-end streets.
The call Shelter or move, decided hours early from verified information. If it escalates, the helicopter and the designated safe location are already on file.
Hour 0 An automated system does something nobody commanded. Markets and feeds melt down at once, your phone fills with people asking you what is going on, and the alert separates confirmed from viral. You know well before the masses do, and they start panicking.
Hour 3 Flights ground, the base near your city locks down, and the freeway out is already a parking lot. Your family is in one place because the reunification protocol ran at hour one.
Day 1 Shelter or move, decided from verified information with the room on the channel.
Week 1 If it escalates, you leave from a location of your choice while the airports are still closed, to the location that was on file before any of this started.
The call Stay, on stored water, then move if the notice becomes a shutdown.
Hour 0 An AI-run treatment plant pushes the wrong dose and the city issues a do-not-drink notice at 6 a.m. Bottled water is gone from every shelf by 7, and by noon the fights are in the parking lot.
Day 1 Your storage covers the family for six weeks and the filtration was tested last quarter. The hospital three miles away is turning people away at the door.
Day 5 If the shutdown holds, the plan escalates to the location with its own well, arranged when you joined.
The call Nothing today. Relocation triggers are defined in advance, and the brief tells you the week they trip.
Month 1 Layoffs turn into unrest, outages go unexplained, and the official numbers stop matching what you see on your own street.
Month 3 The brief tracks the trend while it is still deniable, and your relocation triggers were defined in advance, so the decision is made before it gets emotional.
Month 6 You act on data while everyone else is still arguing about whether it is happening, and by the time they agree, the good options are gone. Nothing compounds from zero.

If it is none of these, we construct a custom plan based on the situation, because we have access to everything on the list below. Your family gets one attempt at this.

Costs and timelines are estimates for one family doing this alone.

Every row costs you money, months, and attention your family already needs. A team of obsessed people does it full time.

The rich do get richer, and the rich who did nothing end up in the same traffic as everyone else.

The billionaire playbook without the billionaire price. Entry is $[X] a year, and what you get for it is worth far more.

Who this is for

A limited number of families in the room, by application. If you need convincing that an AI catastrophe is plausible, this is not for you.

Being wrong about the odds costs you a fee, and being right with nothing built costs you your family, in a parking lot, on a Tuesday. Your kids are in the bet. Do it for your family.

Questions

Questions we hear on the Plan C call

Is this overreacting?

+

Top research labs put the odds at 10 to 25 percent, on the record. You insure your house against a 0.3 percent fire risk without thinking, and your family carries a risk 10 to 100 times bigger with nothing behind it. Call it 1 to 2 percent of net worth, once.

What am I buying?

+

The work done and the way out arranged before the day, by a named team that proves it with a record. Solve it once, properly, with people who have done it many times, and then never think about it again.

Will my neighbors know?

+

No. Unmarked vehicles, vendors under NDA, nothing visible from the street. On the day it starts, your neighbors are the biggest risk on your street, and the plan accounts for that.

The application

Apply for Plan C

Seven questions, about two minutes. If the fit is there, we book the call, map exactly how exposed your family is, and tell you what needs doing.

Step 1 of 4 Confidential

Where does your family live?

City and state.

How many kids are in the household?

If an AI catastrophe started this year, what does your family have in place today?

Plan C starts at $20,000 for the first year. Is that a number you can commit to solve this once and stop thinking about it?

If the call confirms the fit, when do you want the build to start?

What happened that made you fill this out today?

Who else needs to be on the call for this to be a decision and not a conversation?

What would make you say no?

Reviewed personally. We reply within one business day.
